The Albatross drinks list is inspired by the sea and evolves with the ebbs and flows of our tasting menu. Expect an ever-changing selection of wine and sake, with a focus on the esoteric, unexpected, and occasionally boundary-bending, curated in dialogue with our current dishes.

FLIGHTS
We offer three drinks flights of six drinks, each showcasing a diversity of styles and flavours, not strictly limited to wine.
ELEMENTAL
An invitation to explore the essential elements of our drinks offering. Expect classics with a non-conformist attitude – occasionally unconventional, but always approachable. A pairing for creative classicists. £65.
ESOTERIC
An invitation to explore the wild, unruly, and unexplored depths of our drinks offering. Expect lesser-known producers, undiscovered regions, diverse varietals, and innovative styles. A pairing for curious minds. £85.
ABSTINENT
An invitation to indulge in abstinence. Expect a varied line-up of low and no drinks, including “wines”, “cocktails” and teas. A pairing for free spirits. £35.
