Albatross is an exploration of what coastal culture looks like in one of the most land-locked cities in the UK. Expect an ever-evolving tasting menu of (mostly) seafood and coastal ingredients.
The Albatross tasting menu is a sequence of ten dishes, currently priced at £100/person. Our sample menu is intended to give a flavour of what to expect from the Albatross experience. We are committed to creativity and experimentation and, as such, dishes are subject to change.
Due to the creative nature of the Albatross menu, paired with the volatile market pricing of British seafood, the price of the tasting menu is subject to variance from £100 - £125/person. Prices are set on the 1st of each month and are as stated on the current sample menu.
DIETARIES
We can offer an alternative pescatarian or gluten-free menu with advance notice – please notify us at least 48 hours ahead of your visit. Due to the nature of the experience, we do not offer a vegetarian, vegan, or dairy-free menu. If anyone in your party has allergies or additional dietary requirements, please email us before booking to discuss.
