The Albatross tasting menu is an exploration of what coastal culture looks like in one of the most land-locked cities in the UK. Expect an ever-evolving tasting menu of (mostly) seafood and coastal ingredients.
The Albatross 2025 tasting menu is a sequence of twelve dishes, priced at £115/person. The Albatross 2026 tasting menu is a sequence of ten dishes, priced at £100/person.
Our sample menus are intended to give a flavour of what to expect from the Albatross experience - we are committed to creativity and experimentation and, as such, dishes change regularly.
DIETARIES
We can offer an alternative pescatarian or gluten-free menu with advance notice – please notify us at least 48 hours ahead of your visit. Due to the nature of the experience, we do not offer a vegetarian, vegan, or dairy-free menu. If anyone in your party has allergies or additional dietary requirements, please email us before booking to discuss.
