The Albatross tasting menu is an exploration of what coastal culture looks like in one of the most land-locked cities in the UK. Expect to be served a rapid-fire sequence of twelve (or more) dishes of (mostly) seafood and coastal ingredients.
Albatross serves a singular tasting menu, priced at £115/person. Our sample menu is intended to give a flavour of what to expect from the Albatross experience - we are committed to creativity and experimentation and, as such, dishes change regularly.
DIETARIES
We can offer an alternative pescatarian or gluten-free menu with advance notice – please notify us at least 48 hours ahead of your visit. Due to the nature of the experience, we do not offer a vegetarian, vegan, or dairy-free menu. If anyone in your party has allergies or additional dietary requirements, please email us before booking to discuss.
