Albatross is an experimental restaurant from the team behind The Wilderness.
Fourteen guests gather around a monolithic kitchen counter, all with front row seats on the action, as chefs serve an ever-changing, rapid-fire sequence of twelve (or more) creative servings of (mostly) seafood and coastal ingredients that smack you in the face like ocean spray.
An exploration of coastal culture in one of the most land-locked locations in the UK.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are now open for January - September ‘25 and can be made online for parties of one to six.
